Hey Kylah,

Sorry about the late reply, been really busy with work atm.

Here are some of the things we went through on sunday.

• Lock outs on/off beat – forward/reverse – above/below torso
• Butter fly
• 3 Beat Weave – forwards/reverse
• 3 Beat Weave + stall on each side.(gaps) – forward/reverse
• 3 Beat Weave + arm extension on each side – forward/reverse
• Buzz Saw
• Combine all moves into routine

it think the boys will be starting sessions very soon again, and there is always weff DO NOT BE SHY TO COME DOWN AND SPIN!!!!!!! we encourage every one to come to weff and have a spin!check the event calender for the next date. this months weff lands on the 7th which is this sunday

Check out our workshops links on the front page and post up a link in the Queensland Section someone on here might know some meets around manly area. Otherwise check out West End Fire Fest, Full Moon fire spinning in West End every months ! Awesome times

hey all im pretty new to the fire art but i have just bought some poi and had a few brief demonstrations at the island vibes festival last weekend in qld. i am in the manly/northern beaches area too i have a few mates who also dont mind a bit of a twirl down at the beach, so if there are meets i would definaltly be interested too!!
